ARS Powersports of Okeechobee is currently hiring for the following positions:
We are looking for an ATV/UTV and Motorcycle technician. We are a family run Multi-line franchise that works on Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Roxor products primarily, plus many other brands on occasion.
Work hours are Tuesday through Friday 9am til 5:30pm and on Saturday from 9am til 4pm. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.
Required:
- Must have your own tools
- Must be well versed in all major brands
- Dependable, organized and self-motivated
- You will be required to pass a hands-on test and a verbal test when called in for an interview.
- Motorcycle endorsement required
- Preferred certified mechanic, but not required
- Preferred 1-3 years provable experience.
Result Areas:
- Minimal callbacks.
- Focus on quality and customer service.
- Organization and attention to detail in a high volume environment
- Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period whenever possible.
- Minimize comebacks and deal with them promptly and satisfactorily when they do occur.
- Maintain productivity (time spent working on billable jobs) as close to 90% as possible.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Pay is based on experience and paid weekly. Motorcycle schooling is not required.
Full benefits and PTO available after 30 days. Possible signing bonus and relocation available.
